Engagements
Professional work begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter (or equivalent written scope). That letter controls scope, fees, confidentiality, and deliverables. In case of conflict between the letter and these website terms, the engagement letter prevails for the services described therein.
Intellectual property
Site design, text, and branding belong to Innovative Cloud Services or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal evaluation. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Client evidence and working papers remain subject to the confidentiality terms of the engagement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content through forms, or use contact channels to send spam. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe abuse has occurred.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from website use or reliance on general site content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability for contracted audit services is defined in the engagement letter.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
