Fee guidance
How we price financial audit work for e-wallet applications — quote-based for full audits, fixed fees for focused reviews.
Fees follow the engagement model. A full financial audit of an e-wallet application is quote-based because volume, entities, and evidence readiness change the fieldwork calendar. Focused reviews can often be priced as a fixed fee once the cut-off and sample size are known.
E-wallet financial audit
Quoted per engagement
Typical Bangkok engagements for a single wallet product and one legal entity fall in a range discussed after scoping — commonly reflecting four to eight weeks of mixed on-site and remote work. Multi-entity groups, multiple currencies, or incomplete historical files widen the quote.
Estimate factors
- Monthly transaction count and peak-day spikes
- Number of float banks and settlement partners
- Length of the review period
- Availability of clean extracts versus manual exports
Float & reconciliation review
From THB 85,000 fixed
Covers a single cut-off for one wallet product. Additional cut-offs or extended ageing analysis are billed at an agreed day rate.
Fee & settlement posting check
From THB 65,000 fixed
Price scales with sample size (standard plan starts at 40 traced items across fee types). Larger merchant catalogues may need a second sample wave.
Deposits and billing
We invoice a commencement deposit (typically 40%) when the evidence request list is accepted. The balance is due on report delivery. Travel within Bangkok for working sessions is included; travel outside Greater Bangkok is billed at cost with prior approval.
What we do not sell
There are no monthly software subscriptions, seat licences, or “platform tiers.” If scope changes mid-fieldwork, we pause for a written change note before adding days.
