Why we exist
Wallet products move money quickly; the financial records behind them often lag. Innovative Cloud Services was formed in Bangkok to give issuers and operators an independent desk that understands e-wallet ledgers, float accounts, and settlement packs — not as abstract “controls,” but as the files finance teams close every night.
Origin
The practice grew out of repeated month-end questions from Thai payment teams: why a promotion credit never hit float, why merchant payouts drifted from MDR schedules, why suspense grew after a processor cutover. Rather than treat those as one-off consulting slides, we built a repeatable financial audit method for e-wallet applications.
How we work
We sit with your evidence owner, agree the period and materiality thresholds, then sample. Findings cite file names and sample IDs so remediation has a trail. We prefer plain language over scorecards. Thailand’s regulatory rhythm — Bank of Thailand expectations around e-money and customer funds — shapes how we phrase residual risk, though we do not issue legal opinions.
People
Engagements are led by practitioners who have closed wallet books, prepared float attestations, and sat through partner due-diligence rooms. Junior samplers work under named reviewers; every report has a signing partner who remains available after delivery for clarification calls.
